How long does shipping take?
Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days; delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Your tracking number is e-mailed once the parcel ships.
Can I return or exchange a character?
Within 14 days of delivery you can return or exchange it, as long as it's unused and comes back with its tag. Just contact us with your order number to start the return. Mystery box characters can only be returned for manufacturing defects — the surprise itself isn't a valid reason.
What are they made of, and how do I care for them?
Depends on the piece: plush characters use ultra-soft premium fabric over a huggable fill — wipe with a damp cloth, do not machine-wash, tumble-dry or iron. Figures use durable vinyl/PVC — wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and keep away from direct heat.
What exactly is a Mystery Box?
A sealed box from one collection where the specific character inside is randomised — you won't know which one you got until you open it. It's the same "blind box" format collectors chase worldwide. Duplicates can happen; that's part of the game.
Is payment secure? Are my card details stored?
Payments run on the PayTR virtual POS infrastructure over a secure page with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details never touch our site and are never stored by us. 3D Secure is supported.
I'd like to buy wholesale — what should I do?

Is there a quality warranty?
There's no battery or electronics inside — nothing to break. Stitching, clips and joints are built for daily handling. Manufacturing defects (loose seams, a broken part on arrival, etc.) are covered by a 1-year exchange warranty.
